What To Expect Once You Submit This Form


  • We check telebridge orders throughout the day, between 7 AM Pacific Time - 5:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday - Friday, except US Bank Day holidays, and 1-2 times most weekends (not always). If we have not responded to your order yet, we may be with other customers, clients or in a meeting. Someone should be checking your order and getting back to you in time to get you a number within 24 business day hours (business-day hours are considered Mondays-Fridays, excluding US Bank Holidays), so long as you have paid for bridge rental time.

  • To make sure we got your order, check your email box for an automated receipt from our system (you will only receive one receipt per day, if you have mulitple orders, as our system only allows one autoresponse every 24 hours to the same email). If you do not receive this automated email, please submit your request again (you may have entered your email address incorrectly, for example); or call us at +1 (415) 925-8856 (USA).

    Conference Call Orders, Availability & Payment

  • We have excellent availability, especially for those who want regular standing conference call times and can't seem to find them anywhere else. We do, however, recommend you book calls far out in advance to assure you will have a regular standing number and space held for your calls.

  • Conference call orders are processed in the order we receive them. Payment must be made for confirmation of the telephone bridge line/ telebridge number to be completed. Once we review your order and/or your account, we may see that you need to purchase more time to cover your bridge rental order before we send your confirmation. Conference call orders are only filled for paid for bridge rental time. As long as you have paid for bridge time, we should be able to get you a number with in 24 business-day hours (generally 24 hours from the time you ordered it during the business week).

    General Information Regarding Change Requests

  • All conference call / telephone bridge hour purchases are non-refundable, and only redeemable via bridge rental bookings.

  • Conference call bridge hours actually scheduled with in a 72 business-day hour time frame are non-changeable (3 business days to the beginning of the hour of your call). Business-day hours are considered Mondays-Fridays, excluding US Bank Holidays, and Saturday and Sunday calls count as if they were Friday calls.

  • Conference call time purchased in a package is usable for one year from the date of purchase and bookings that have dates going past the one year expiration date are non-changeable once the time has technically expired.

  • Note: A change order is $25 USD for an unlimited number of changed calls. You must use the shopping cart to submit changes, plus give enough advanced notice. There are no change-fee charges for simply not using a prepaid, scheduled call.

    Making a Bridge Time Change Order ($25 USD, plus enough advanced notice)

    Change orders are the most labor intensive part of our business, and we appreciate your cooperation and help in this process. We understand that there are circumstances where being able to make changes is important, so we still offer the possibility for a small fee to cover our expense of facilitating the change for you. Thank you!

  • Requirements to make a reservation change in order to reuse your telephone bridge time at a later date:

    a)
    72 business-day hour notice (3 business days to the beginning of the hour of your call). Business-day hours are considered Mondays-Fridays, excluding US Bank Holidays; and Saturday and Sunday calls count as if they were Friday calls.

    b)
    Simply pay the $25 change fee via the shopping cart. You must use the shopping cart to make a change order to give a time stamp to your $25 change fee. Plus, you must submit the exact dates you want to cancel and reuse until a later date in the comments field of the shopping cart.

    Be sure to give all details in the comments field to make sure all time is credited. We recommend you cut and paste from you original confirmation email into the comments field in order to make sure you get everything. Again, be sure to include everything we need as additional changes will require an additional change fee.

    i. day(s) of the week
    ii. date(s), year(s)
    iii. time(s) in PACIFIC TIME
    iv. the bridge(s) you are scheduled to use
    v. maximum number of callers

  • Currently, the change fee is $25 per change order - this includes an unlimited number of dates given in that single order and is helpful if you have booked a series of calls and need to change enough dates that the change fee is worth it for you. Any additional changes made outside of this order will require an additional fee.

  • There are no change-fee charges for simply not using a prepaid, scheduled call.

    Scheduling Bridge Time Order Form Help

    GUIDELINES - How to List Days, Dates and Times

  • Please schedule carefully, there is a fee for changes.

  • Make sure your day of the week matches the date(s) you give.

  • PROVIDE EXACT DATES LIKE THIS (please make this easy for us, we appreciate it):

    a) Single Date - Monday, May 9, 2005; or
    b) Weekly Series - Mondays, June 6, 13, 20, 2005; or
    c) Monthly Calls: Mondays, May 9, June 13, July 11, 2005

  • Tell us what the dates are for "every Tuesday for the next 3 weeks" or the "fourth Tuesday of every month for 3 months" - i.e., Tuesdays, June 7, 14, 21, 2005 or Tuesdays, June 28, July 26, August 30, 2005. Thanks!

  • Make sure you ORDER IN PACIFIC TIME (e.g., if it is 3 PM Eastern in New York City, it is 12 NOON Pacific in San Francisco). You are responsible for correct time in Pacific Time. Your order will be filled based on the time you give below. Please double check your work as there is a fee for changes. Thank you!

    Multiple Date, Same Day and Time Orders

    You only need to fill this form out once for orders that have the same day of the week and time of day. For additional days of the week, or times of day, please submit a separate form for each--thank you. List like this:

  • Weekly Series - Mondays, June 6, 13, 20, 2005; or
  • Monthly Calls: Mondays, May 9, June 13, July 11, 2005

    How Time is Deducted from Purchased Hours

  • Call Length: No 30 or 45 minute bridge calls can be scheduled. Schedule one hour in this case.

  • There are no credits for unused portions of time.

  • As a rule, schedule more time than you think you will need, just in case your call needs to go over.

  • If you want to schedule a call from 5:30-6:30 PM Pacific, or 12:15 - 1:15 PM Pacific time you can do that and only be charged an hour, even if you purchase by the hour.

  • When you purchase a time package (6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours), we allow you to make straight time deductions for scheduled calls of 1 or more hours in length, in 15 minute increments - i.e., 1.25 hours, 1.5 hours, 1.75 hours, 2.5 hours. We also offer a 1.5 hour one time purchase.

    Why is this a bonus?


    Well, with other services you have to purchase time by the hour and rent time on the hour:

    a) At other services a 1.25 hour call would be charged as 2 hours, and

    b) At other services a call from 5:30-6:30 PM Pacific would be charged from 5-7 PM Pacific time, again, two hours, versus one.

    At Seek Solutions:

    a) For calls of 1 hour or more, you can book in 15 minute increments using your time package, and

    b) If you want to schedule a call from 5:30-6:30 PM Pacific, or 12:15 - 1:15 PM Pacific time you can do that and only be charged an hour, even if you purchase by the hour.
