How are We Flexible About Scheduling Time at Seek Solutions?
- To schedule exactly what you need, you can prepay time in 1 hour and 1.5 hour increments.
- For calls of 1 hour or more, you can schedule in 15 minute increments using your
time package. Time packages comes in 6, 12, 18 hours, with savings of up to 50%.
- Calls can be scheduled on the hour, quarter hour, or half hour (i.e., 5-6 PM Pacific, 5:15-6:15 PM Pacific, or 5:30-6:30 PM Pacific). You
will only be charged for an hour (other services that require you to schedule on the hour would charge you from 5-7 PM Pacific for
a call from 5:15-6:15 PM Pacific).
- In addition to flexible scheduling, we only charge you for the services you
need. So, you can purchase time with or without the audio podium recording playback feature:
Prepay Conference Bridge (no recording)
or
Prepay Bridge w/Audio Podium Recording

Call Length: Sorry, no 30 or 45 minute bridge calls can be scheduled. Schedule one hour in this
case.

There are no credits for unused portions of time.
As a rule of thumb, schedule more time than you think you will need, just in case your
call needs to go over, to be sure no calls are after you.
