01 | How do I prepay for telephone bridge time?
You can purchase bridge line rental time via our merchant account's
Verisign secure server. Seek Solutions' Rentabridge.com takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
You can
Buy Conference Bridge Time now if you would like. Bridge time is good for one year
from the date of purchase and does not have to be booked all at once.
Also note: if you buy a time pack of conference bridge hours to draw time from for conference calls
you need as time goes (i.e., a time pack of 12 hours, good for a year),
we will let you know when you are getting low and need more conference calling time.

02 | I prepaid for bridge time, how come I don't have a telephone bridge number, yet?
Have you done "Step Two"? - Submitting a schedule request is a separate process
from buying time, and vice versa. You will need to do both. Yes, a human being actually will be looking for your schedule order!
If you have just purchased time and you are ready for your number, go to "Step Two":
Submit your conference call
Schedule Conference Bridge Time. Select the first radio button under
"*Please Check One of the Following," it says
"I want a telebridge line for the time(s) above and have paid for bridge time.
If this request is available, please deduct from my purchased bridge time and
send me a bridge line number confirmation as soon as possible (ASAP)."

03 | I need a conference bridge line immediately (ASAP). What is
the fastest way to get a bridge line?
Feel free to try us for last minute bridge rentals. Purchase your time immediately.
Your time must be paid for before we officially confirm your requested hours and send you a telephone number and passcode.
There is no set-up fee to start using Seek Solutions' Rentabridge.com's bridge line/
conference calling services. Your account is opened with your first purchase of telebridge time.
For last minute conference calling services, do the following:

Step One:
Prepay Phone Bridge Time or have paid for bridge time when you are ready for us to send you a number.

Step Two:
Submit your conference call
Schedule Phone Bridge Time request.

Then, call us, too, just in case:

04 | I just bought conference bridge time and submitted my schedule request. I need
my number ASAP, what is next?
We check telebridge orders between 8 AM Pacific Time - 4 PM Pacific, Monday - Friday,
except US Bank Day holidays. If we have not responded to your order yet, we may
be with other customers and clients.
As long as you have paid for bridge rental time and have been clear in your order,
we will get you a number as soon as we can up until 15 minutes into your desired call time.
If we are processing your order within 15 minutes of the desired call start time, we will automatically add
15 minutes on to the end of your call so long as availability allows (i.e., if you ask for 2:00 PM Pacific time, and we get your order processed at
2:05 Pacific time, we will schedule your call from 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM of that day to allow for the slack time
of last minute ordering and getting you a number). This kind of slack time is only in the case of a
last minute order that we are filling, just as the call is supposed to start, to allow for the exchange of email or a phone call
for you to get your telebridge phone number.
If we don't get your order before your call starts, or with in 15 minutes, the time will
not be deducted from your paid for conference call time and the time can be use at a later date.
Note: You may want to give an alternative time for the call later in the same day, just in case we get your
order later than 15 minutes from when you call starts.
Important: All calls ordered within 72 business hours are non-changeable and non-refundable if we
have your time. For more information, see our

Other: If you regularly find yourself needing conference call time at the last minute, and are spending
at least $65.00 USD per month on your conference calling needs, you may want to consider getting your

05 | I submitted a scheduling form before I paid for time, and you said it was available,
do I need to submit the scheduling form again?
It depends on whether A. or B. applies to you below:
A. No, no need to resubmit the scheduling form if...
When submitting the scheduling order form, you selected the first or second radio button under "*Please Check One of the Following"
and you have done it in the last 24 hours. In this case, we know you have either bought the conference call time or will
be buying conference bridge time, so there is no need to resubmit the scheduling form, so long as you have
done it in the last 24 hours, as we should still have it in our cue.
Option One was selected:
"I want a telebridge line for the time(s) above and have paid for bridge time.
If this request is available, please deduct from my purchased bridge time and
send me a bridge line number confirmation as soon as possible (ASAP)."
Option Two was selected:
"If this request is available, please let me know, and I will buy the
telebridge time I need to pay for it then. I understand that this may
delay the process of getting my bridge time and that I do not have a
guaranteed bridge reservation until I have paid for it and you have sent me a confirmation."
Note: If you selected "Option Two," and your time becomes unavailable between the time you
inquired and the time you purchased your time, you will have the conference bridge time available
on your account for use at a later date. Time is good for one year from the date of purchase.
B. Yes, you need to resubmit the scheduling form if...
You selected the third radio button under "*Please Check One of the Following,"
or you spoke with us via phone, but did not tell us you wanted the conference bridge time.
Option Three:
"This form submission is only an inquiry re. bridge time only. I am not
sure what I am doing or if I will be booking a telebridge line (s) yet."

06 | What does it mean to buy a prepaid bridge time pack?
Buying a bridge time pack means that you buy multiple hours of conference calling service time at once in advance for a discount.
Bridge rental/ conference calling time is good for one year from the date of purchase and does not need to be scheduled all at once. This way
of purchasing bridge time has three added benefits:

Saving money - the price point per hour goes down over 50% in some instances, depending on
how you are using your conferencing time.

Convenience and saving time - you don't need to purchase conferencing time each time you request a conference bridge reservation if you have a time pack of
conference bridge hours on account.

Flexibility - bridge time pack purchases allow you the most options in scheduling. There is a
one hour minimum with all bridge line rentals, however, with time packs you can book in
15 minute increments after that (i.e., 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 hours). To purchase a bridge time pack go to

07 | I bought a time pack of prepaid conference bridge line hours. Can I schedule a 45 minute call? What about 30 minutes?
Bulk hour purchases allow you the most flexibility and options in scheduling. There is a
one hour minimum with all bridge line rental, however, with bulk time you can book in 15 minute increments after that
(i.e., 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 hours). To purchase "bulk time" go to

know of that allows this. This makes us the most affordable around.

08 | I want to book a 1.5 hour call and want to prepay my time by the hour
versus a bridge time pack, how do I do that?

and you will see the option to purchase a 1.5 hour conference call purchase. The cost would be $36.00 USD for a 30-person conference call,
$72.50 for a 60-person conference call and $100 for a 150-person conference call.
