Change Policies and Procedures
Note:
A change order is $25 USD for an unlimited number of changed calls. You must use
the shopping cart to submit changes, plus give enough advanced notice.
There is
no charge for simply not using a scheduled call. Do not include your
new schedule with your change order. Go to How to Make a Change.
Examples of Changes You Can and Can't Make:
Can:
You have a $60 US call in 3 weeks that you need to change.
The change fee is worth it. Do your change now.
Can:
You have 30 $10 US hours scheduled (value is $300 US). Your
first call is next week on Wednesday at 10 AM Pacific.
It is Friday the week before, at 9 AM Pacific--you have
enough time to submit this order. Just get it
ordered on through the cart by 10 AM Pacific, today, Friday.
Can't:
Your call is tomorrow--it is too late to change it.
Can't:
You scheduled it for tonight, we have filled your order--it
is too late to change it.

All conference call / telephone bridge hour purchases are non-refundable, and
only redeemable via bridge rental bookings.
General Information Regarding Change Requests
Conference call bridge hours actually scheduled with in a 72 business-day hour
time frame are non-changeable (3 business days to the beginning of the hour of your call). Business-day hours are considered
Mondays-Fridays, excluding US Bank Holidays, and Saturday and Sunday calls count as if
they were Friday calls.
Conference call time purchased in a package is usable for one
year from the date of purchase and bookings that have dates going past the
one year expiration date are non-changeable once the time has technically expired.

Why is there a change fee?
Change orders are the most labor intensive part of our business, and we appreciate your cooperation and help in this process.
We understand that there are circumstances where being able to make changes is important, so
we still offer the possibility for a small fee to cover our expense of facilitating the
change for you. We want to be able to provide you with the best service possible. Thank you!

How Do I Know if it is Worth Submitting a Change Order?
There are no change-fee charges for simply not using a prepaid, scheduled call. You only pay the
price of the original order - i.e., forfeit $10 if you paid $10 for a one hour call through
a time package.
The change fee is worth it if your scheduled calls add up to more than $25.
So, say you only have a one hour call that you want to change, which you paid for at the $10 per hour rate, and you are
not going to make the call, simply forfeit the call (i.e., don't use your paid-for time). There are no change-fee charges for simply not using a prepaid, scheduled call.
In this case,
if you only need to schedule a new call (i.e., you would like to change, but there
is no point in changing) go to Schedule
a new call.
If you have booked a series of calls, where the value is more than
$25 USD and you want to use the time differently than currently scheduled,
the change fee is worth it for you.
The $25 change fee includes an unlimited
number of dates given in that single order. Any additional changes made outside of this
order will require an additional fee.

How to Make a Change
Requirements to make a reservation change in order to reuse your telephone bridge
time at a later date:
a)
72 business-day hour notice (3 business days to the beginning of the hour of your call). Business-day hours are considered
Mondays-Fridays, excluding US Bank Holidays; and Saturday and Sunday calls count as if
they were Friday calls.
b)
--Completing the paperwork here is your
responsibility. You must use the shopping
cart if you want to make a change.
--If we have to do any part of it for you, other than crediting
the time you list clearly to your account, there is an additional $25 fee.
We only provide this as a courtesy, and we ask
you to make it as easy as possible for us so
we can continue to provide this option at all.
--There is a $25 change fee via the shopping cart.
--The time stamp of your
$25 change fee will be based on the
time of your electronic order.
--Submit the exact dates you want to cancel in the
comments field of the shopping cart. We will cancel those dates in our
system, and those hours will then be available for you when you submit
a new schedule request. Do not include your new schedule
order in the change order. It will be ignored.
--We recommend you cut and paste from you original confirmation email into the comments field
in order to make sure you get credit for all dates that qualify.
--Additional changes will
require an additional change fee.
--Include in the comments field of your paid order:
i. day(s) of the week
ii. date(s), year(s)
iii. time(s) in PACIFIC TIME
iv. the bridge(s) you are scheduled to use
v. maximum number of callers
Example of the info we need based
on i.-v. above:
In the "Comments Field" of the shopping cart enter:
"Mondays, June 6, 13, 20, 2005, 10-11 AM Pacific,
SNOW LEOPARD BRIDGE, 60 callers."
Do not include your new order here. Submit it as a new
schedule request. Thank you.
