We have many styles of conference bridge lines, and they all have the ability to
mute out guests (Hosts have one code, Guests have another). You can point your own 800 number as well, in the event you would like
to pay for certain callers (you get such a number from your phone company).
If you are doing any kind of training, coaching, or teleseminar events, ask us about
our advanced muting features. We have a two-tiered easy to use system,
that allows you to mute with out preventing people from unmuting themselves to speak, or just
completely mute the call. Your choice. This avoids operator assistance and the traditional caller-self-muting on
an open call (un-muted call). All features work from you phone key pad, so you don't have to be online
to do it.
Your own line will also come with audio podium playback. Audio podium playback
is where you punch in some numbers at the beginning of the conference
call and record your call so callers can call back into the bridge line later and
listen to the call. If this kind of feature is important to you, let us know. This same system
will make audio recordings for you as well, available in a permanent copy format to burn to disc or
save to a computer (for use on a website or sharing later).
Our bridges lines have a toll-free technical support number for issues during calls
(extended U.S. business hours) and our business office is here to
consult with you as well.
